The Administrative Sector of Higher Technological Education, Department of Programmes and Studies of the Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs is the competent agency at national level for defining the professional rights of degree holders of the Technological Educational Institutes (TEI).

• OEEK - Directorate of professional rights and equivalence

The Organization for Vocational Education and Training (OEEK) is the competent agency at national level for defining the professional rights of all the levels of vocational education and training in cooperation with the relevant ministries and social partners. The competent department for this is the Department of Professional Rights of the Directorate of Professional Rights and Equivalence. The department is competent for all issues regarding the definition of professional rights of diploma holders of vocational education according to specialization and training level. Information is also provided on the professional rights of diploma holders of OEEK and Technical Education Schools (TEE), cycles A and B (eg. Legislation, requirements for granting vocational licenses, professional rights under regulation).
