University of Patra
A Greek Language School operates in the Cross-Cultural Education Centre of the Patra University, which offers Modern Greek courses to students, pupils, teachers, and civilians (Greeks living abroad or foreigners from all over the world) under the condition that they hold at least a diploma of secondary education equivalent to the Greek Lyceum ‘apolitirion’.
The courses include 6 to 20 teaching hours, address to students of all levels of Greek language competency and are realized in the following periods:
- October 10th - May 31st
- October 10th - February 15th
- February 15th - June 15th
- July 1st - July 31st (intensive)
- August 1st - August 31st (intensive)
- July 1st - August 31st
Except for the aforementioned courses it is possible that courses of one-month or less duration are formed under the condition that there is a sufficient number of students.
