Youth
The Õïuth programme is the EU action programme for the development of cooperation in the Youth sector. The programme’s general aim is to provide young people with the opportunity of acquiring knowledge and skills so as they become responsible civilians and will be facilitated during their active accession to society.
The programme addresses to youth organizations or groups 15-25 years old, to competent persons for youth issues structures (governmental or not) activated in the youth field; it provides young people and their organization with the opportunity to have meetings outside the school or working environment in order to gain experience of other cultures.
The General Secretariat for Youth manages the Youth programme.
