ESIB - National Student Union in Europe

The ESIB is a network of 50 national student unions from 37 countries in Europe, which represents more than 11 million students.

Its goal is the promotion of students’ educational, social, financial and cultural interests at a European level to all associated organizations and in particular the European Union, European Council, and UNESCO.

The ESIB network as a communication ‘vehicle’ of European students informs the national student delegates on European developments, especially on the sectors of higher education and youth affairs.

At the same time, it assures the students’ participation in the European policy making, supports its members in the organization of seminars, participation in training programs and pan-European programs of research and cooperation, and it substantially promotes the vertical mobility of students in Europe and outside Europe.
