European Forum FEDORA

The European Forum FEDORA - Forum European de l' Orientation Academique - is an association of professionals involved in all aspects of providing counselling and vocational guidance services at tertiary level educational institutes in Europe and to national or international organizations.

It is a European cooperation network, which has been established by tertiary level education counsellors, with the aim of providing support to their colleagues on issues relating to support, guidance and provision of information to students in terms of learning and employment opportunities in Europe and student mobility in general. At the same time the forum supports the development of counselling and vocational guidance in Eastern Europe. It organizes conferences and summer training courses for tertiary level education counsellors.

Moreover, working groups have also been established by FEDORA relating to the following sectors: employment, secondary - tertiary level education, equal opportunities, training, postgraduate studies, counselling psychology. These working groups seek to bring members interested in specific sectors of counselling and vocational guidance into contact with each other.
