RAINBOW programme

The Rainbow programme is a training course in multicultural counselling for guidance counsellors in education and employment.

It was developed by six countries - Denmark, Greece, Estonia, Italy, the Czech Republic and Finland - with the aim of promoting the multicultural dimension to the counselling process. It seeks to improve skills related to multicultural communication so that guidance counsellors can respond to the needs of those of their clients who come from different national and cultural environments.

It has a database, the Cultural Navigator, which refers to web addresses, which are particularly useful for Counsellors interested in multicultural counselling.
